Half-day to one-day workshop. The program is focused on "healing" problematic, dysfunctional, or non-performing teams. Deep analysis and identification of the sources and reasons for the problems. Identification of possible future developments and relevant risk analysis are done. Mapping the distribution of energy and centers of power within the team. Setting up a team transformation - processes, holders, key people and a new ways of communication. Modeling effective forms and methods of communication and processes guaranteeing their sustainability. The workshop is preceded by a discussion and preparation with the client before and after its end, we deliver a draft of the team cooperation management plan.
